The Yoga Hands email is hosted at Yourhosting. If you contact us via the forms or via e-mail, those e-mails will be stored on Yourhosting’s servers.
03. Word Press
The website and website backups are hosted at Word Press. Information that you leave on the Yoga Hands website is stored on Word Press servers.
Storage period
Your data will be stored by Yoga Hands for a longer period of time, but never longer than is necessary for the performance of activities, unless we have to keep your data longer due to a statutory regulation.

The moment you contact Yoga Hands by e-mail, the data you send, such as your name, company name, and e-mail address, will be stored on the mail server. Those e-mails are stored for a maximum of two years.
Security
No physical copies are made of your personal data. Your data is only managed in the aforementioned systems and software.
The personal data managed by Yoga Hands or by the aforementioned third parties is only accessible via the above software and is protected with a password. The devices that open your data are each also locked with a password and / or fingerprint. The number of devices that can access your data is limited to only the necessary devices.
Your rights

You can address these rights via info@yogahands.nl and send a copy of your ID proof whereby the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID proof number and BSN have been made illegible. The aim is to respond within a week.
Duties
Yoga Hands reserves the right to disclose the data when required by law or when Yoga Hands deems this justified to comply with a legal request / process or to protect the rights, property or safety of Yoga Hands. We always try to respect your right to privacy as much as possible.
